As the 1st President and Founding Chairman of the General Santos Realtor’s Board Inc. (GENSANREB), his leadership paved the way for significant advancements in the real estate sector. Serving as Vice President for Mindanao of PAREB (The Philippine Association of Realtors Board Inc.) further exemplified his dedication to the industry.
He notably contributed to the city’s development as the Real Estate Consultant of the USAID-MINDANAO GROWTH PLAN PROJECT from 1994 to 1996.
