Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendar and schedule meetings.
    Provide comprehensive administrative support, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system (both physical and digital).
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and efficiency.

Proactively anticipate needs and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or relevant field (or minimum 2 years of experience).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Business Suites, and online-savvy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cebu-based; home-based setup available but must be available for occasional offline meetings.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Project Manager (Project-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage oil and gas exploration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage project risks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Track project progress and report to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
  • Identify and manage project resources effectively,

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, or related field) or Project Management.
  • PMP Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in oil and gas exploration or a complementary industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Experience in risk management, project cost management, and feasibility studies.
  • Cebu-based; available for essential local travel.
