- Manage executive calendar and schedule meetings.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including travel arrangements and expense reports. - Maintain a well-organized filing system (both physical and digital).
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and efficiency.
Proactively anticipate needs and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or relevant field (or minimum 2 years of experience).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Business Suites, and online-savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Cebu-based; home-based setup available but must be available for occasional offline meetings.
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
